This Pony/through plate girder bridge over Driftwood Avenue was built in 1909. It seems like a fairly busy line with 2 trains coming through in the short 20 minutes we were there.
Companies that have and still use this line include the Soo Line Railroad, The Iowa, Chicago & Eastern Railroad, the I & M Rail Link, the Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad, the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad and now the Canadian Pacific Railway.
